Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026 · Effective date: July 5, 2026 · Version 2.0These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LocalLink mobile application, website at locallinkapp.co, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by MCHJ «CHILPAQ» (INN 312585911, Toshkent shahar, Yashnabod tumani, Mahtumquli ko’chasi 79), trading as LocalLink (“LocalLink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Community Guidelines, Prohibited Listings Policy, Review Policy, and Safety Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.
1. The Service
LocalLink is a local marketplace and community platform enabling users to publish and discover jobs, services, and market listings; create map notes, requests, and events; negotiate through chat; form deals; leave reviews; and search listings on a map via text and semantic search.
The Service is available in supported countries and regions. Available registration methods, currencies, language settings, map providers, SMS providers, payment options, and legal notices may vary by country. Where required, country-specific addenda apply.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You must provide a valid mobile number, email address, social sign-in, or other supported authentication method available in your region.
- You may not use the Service if barred under applicable law or if we have previously terminated your account for violations.
- Business use is permitted if you have authority to bind any business you represent.
3. Accounts and authentication
3.1 Registration
To register you must provide a valid identifier (phone, email, or social sign-in), a display name, a password where applicable, and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3.2 Authentication methods
- Phone + OTP — one-time code via SMS (provider varies by region)
- Phone + password
- Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In — subject to the provider’s terms
- Email + password (for certain accounts)
3.3 Account security
You are responsible for your credentials and device. Never share OTP codes or passwords. Notify us at support@locallinkapp.co if you suspect unauthorized access. Review and revoke sessions under Profile → Support → Device & sessions.
3.4 Display name changes
Display names may be changed at most once every 7 days and must not contain profanity, slurs, impersonation, or spam patterns.
4. User content
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant LocalLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt (for formatting/translation), and moderate it solely to operate, promote, and secure the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content.
4.1 Prohibited content
You may not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, malware/phishing, hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually exploitative, spam, impersonation, dangerous goods, or includes another person’s personal data without lawful basis.
5. Listings and marketplace rules
5.1 Listing accuracy
Descriptions, prices, photos, and locations must be truthful and kept current. You must have the legal right to offer what you list.
5.2 Search, ranking, and AI
Search and map results may be influenced by: distance, listing category, keyword relevance, semantic relevance, recency, listing completeness, user preferences, language, availability, price, user rating, trust/safety signals, and whether a listing is promoted or sponsored. We do not guarantee any particular ranking or visibility. Sponsored listings will be clearly labelled if paid promotion is introduced.
5.3 Prohibited and restricted listings
You may not list: stolen goods, counterfeit items, weapons, illegal drugs, prescription medicines without authorisation, recalled/unsafe products, human organs, fake identity documents, hacked accounts, malware, adult sexual services, wildlife from illegal trade, or sanctioned goods.
Regulated services (medical, legal, financial, immigration, childcare, construction, transport, security, repair) are permitted only if the provider holds all required licences and permits. Fake credentials, fake reviews, or false professional claims are prohibited.
5.4 Professional services responsibility
If you offer professional, regulated, or safety-sensitive services, you represent that you hold all licences, permits, insurance, training, and qualifications required by applicable law. LocalLink does not create an employment, agency, partnership, contractor, or payroll relationship between users.
6. Deals between users
Deals are records of mutual agreement inside the app — they do not transfer money, provide legal contracts, or guarantee performance. You assume all risk in meeting, paying, or performing work for other users.
For jobs/services: Users are responsible for safe working conditions, tools, materials, transport, insurance, and emergency precautions.
7. Payments
LocalLink does not currently process payments between users. Prices in listings are informational. All payment, invoicing, tax, refund, and dispute matters must be handled directly between users outside the Service.
Future payments: If LocalLink later introduces payments, escrow, wallets, subscriptions, paid promotions, commissions, or service fees, those features will be governed by additional payment terms notified in advance.
8. Live location
Live tracking is voluntary and must be used only for legitimate listing purposes. Sessions may auto-pause after inactivity (max 8 hours). Do not use live tracking to stalk, harass, endanger, or surveil others. You may stop sharing at any time through the app.
9. Chat and communications
Chat supports text, images, files, video, and voice messages. Do not use chat for spam, threats, illegal transactions, solicitation of personal financial data, or transmitting sensitive data you are unwilling to share. Chats related to conflict-status deals may be frozen.
10. Reviews and ratings
Reviews must be based on genuine experience. You may not create, buy, sell, request, pressure, incentivize, or exchange fake or misleading reviews. Reviews by employees, relatives, agents, competitors, or connected parties must not misrepresent independence.
We may remove or reduce visibility of reviews that are fake, paid, coerced, retaliatory, irrelevant, abusive, created through fake deals, or submitted by users with conflicts of interest. LocalLink may display a “verified deal” label for reviews linked to completed in-app deals.
11. Agent program
Agent participation is governed by separate Agent Program Terms. In case of conflict, the Agent Program Terms control for agent-specific matters. Agents are independent contractors — not employees, partners, or representatives of LocalLink.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to: violate applicable law; scrape or reverse engineer the Service; circumvent security controls; create multiple accounts to evade bans; use bots without permission; harvest user data for marketing; interfere with Service operation; misrepresent your identity or qualifications; stalk, doxx, or intimidate users; or post another person’s personal data without consent.
13. Moderation, enforcement, and appeals
We may use automated and manual tools for moderation. Enforcement actions, generally proportionate to severity and frequency:
warning → content removal → feature limitation → temporary suspension → permanent ban → device/IP/session restrictions
Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of major enforcement actions and the general reason. You may appeal through in-app support or support@locallinkapp.co. We do not rely solely on automated systems for permanent account termination where human review is required by applicable law. Users may request human review of automated enforcement decisions.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
15. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party services (maps, SMS, social login, push notifications, AI tools) that vary by region. LocalLink is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
16. Intellectual property
The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by LocalLink or its licensors. Contact support@locallinkapp.co for copyright concerns.

19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalLink from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another person.
20. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account under Profile → Support → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. We will generally provide notice and appeal opportunity except where immediate action is necessary for safety or legal compliance.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan (as the jurisdiction of MCHJ «CHILPAQ», INN 312585911), except that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country or region may also apply. Nothing limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Before filing a formal claim, contact support@locallinkapp.co and attempt informal resolution within 30 days. Regional dispute clauses are available at locallinkapp.co/legal.
Language: In case of conflict between language versions, the English version controls, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Service with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
