These Agent Program Terms (“Agent Terms”) govern participation in the LocalLink Agent Program and supplement the Terms of Service. In case of conflict for agent-specific matters, these Agent Terms control.

1. Relationship and status
Agents are independent contractors — not employees, partners, franchise holders, representatives, or legal agents of LocalLink or MCHJ «CHILPAQ». Agents have no authority to bind LocalLink to any contract, obligation, or representation. Agents are solely responsible for their own income taxes, social contributions, business licences, insurance, equipment, travel, and any other costs of their activity.
2. Eligibility and onboarding
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of contracting.
You must hold a valid LocalLink account in good standing and accept these Agent Terms.
You must have a unique agent referral code assigned by LocalLink.
You must operate in a region currently supported by the Agent Program.
LocalLink may require identity verification documents, a business registration number, or proof of legal entity before activating or maintaining agent status.
3. Agent responsibilities
3.1 Your core duties
Help local businesses and individuals register accurate, complete profiles and listings on LocalLink.
Educate users about the app’s features, policies, and community standards.
Assist users with profile setup, listing creation, photo upload, and category selection.
Provide truthful information about the Service to prospective users.
3.2 What you must not do
Make promises about platform performance, search rankings, or revenue that LocalLink has not authorised.
Collect fees, deposits, or charges from users on behalf of LocalLink without written authorisation.
Misrepresent your relationship with LocalLink (e.g. claiming to be a LocalLink employee or official representative).
4. Business registration consent
Before registering a listing for a business owner or third party, you must:
Obtain the business owner’s explicit, informed, and freely given consent to create the listing.
Ensure the listing accurately represents the business, its services, prices, location, and contact information.
Not register a listing without direct communication and approval from the listing owner.
Agents are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of all listings they create on behalf of others.
5. Prohibited conduct
Agents may not:
Create fake businesses, phantom listings, or artificial listings to inflate agent metrics.
Collect, store, or transmit user passwords, OTP codes, access tokens, or payment information.
Register listings for businesses that operate illegally, without required licences, or that violate our prohibited listings policy.
Use the agent role to gain unfair competitive advantages over other users or agents.
Coordinate fake deals, fake reviews, or fake engagement tied to referred accounts.
Use agent access for data mining, scraping, or any purpose other than genuine agent activities.
Sub-delegate your agent code to third parties without LocalLink’s written approval.
Offer cash payments or inducements to users in exchange for registration, reviews, or referrals.
6. Compensation and referral credits
Compensation terms, referral credit structures, credit rates, payment conditions, payout thresholds, and payment methods are communicated separately through the agent onboarding documentation or agent dashboard.
Referral credits are earned upon a referred user completing qualifying actions as defined in current program documentation. Credits are not cash equivalents and may not be transferred or exchanged outside the program.
LocalLink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the compensation structure at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Data handling
As an agent you will have access to information about businesses and users that is not publicly available. You must:
Keep all non-public information strictly confidential.
Process personal data only to the extent necessary to perform your agent duties.
Not sell, lease, or share non-public user or business data with any third party.
Comply with applicable data protection laws and LocalLink’s Privacy Policy.
Delete or return non-public information upon termination of agent status.
8. Audit and verification
LocalLink may, at any time and without advance notice, audit agent activity including listings created, users referred, and metrics reported. Agents must cooperate fully with any investigation and provide accurate records upon request. Failure to cooperate or provision of false information is grounds for immediate termination.
9. Modifications and suspension
LocalLink may modify these Agent Terms, the program structure, or applicable policies at any time. Material changes will be notified to active agents with reasonable advance notice. Continued agent activity after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Termination and clawbacks
10.1 Termination by agent
You may withdraw from the Agent Program at any time by contacting info@chilpaq.com.
10.2 Termination by LocalLink
LocalLink may terminate agent status immediately for: fraud; serious or repeated violations of these Agent Terms or the Terms of Service; non-cooperation with audits; harm to users, businesses, or the platform; or any other material breach.
10.3 Clawbacks
If LocalLink determines that referral credits or compensation were earned through fraud, misrepresentation, fake registrations, or violation of these Agent Terms, LocalLink may claw back all or part of such compensation, including by offsetting against future credits.
11. Limitation of liability
LocalLink’s total liability to any agent for any claim arising from the Agent Program will not exceed the total referral credits earned by the agent in the 6 months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Agent Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall first be submitted to informal resolution via info@chilpaq.com within 30 days before formal proceedings.
Настоящие Условия агентской программы регулируют участие в агентской программе LocalLink и дополняют Условия использования. При возникновении разногласий по вопросам, специфичным для агентов, настоящие Условия имеют приоритет.

2. Право участия
Возраст не менее 18 лет, правоспособность для заключения договора.
Активный аккаунт LocalLink и принятие настоящих Условий.
LocalLink может потребовать документы для подтверждения личности или юридического статуса.
3. Обязанности агента
Помогайте предприятиям и физическим лицам создавать точные профили и объявления. Информируйте пользователей о возможностях приложения и правилах. Предоставляйте достоверную информацию о Сервисе. Не обещайте гарантированных позиций в поиске или доходов.
4. Согласие на регистрацию бизнеса
Перед созданием объявления для третьей стороны вы обязаны: убедиться, что владелец бизнеса ознакомился с Условиями, Политикой конфиденциальности и Правилами сообщества LocalLink; получить его явное, осознанное и добровольное согласие; убедиться в точности объявления.
Агенты несут ответственность за точность и законность всех созданных ими объявлений.
5. Запрещённые действия
Создание фиктивных компаний или объявлений для завышения показателей.
Сбор паролей, OTP-кодов или платёжных данных пользователей.
Регистрация бизнесов, работающих незаконно.
Координация поддельных сделок, отзывов или активности.
Передача реферального кода третьим лицам без письменного разрешения.
Предложение денежных вознаграждений пользователям за регистрацию или отзывы.
6. Вознаграждение и реферальные кредиты
Условия вознаграждения и реферальных кредитов определены в документации агентской программы. LocalLink оставляет за собой право изменить условия с разумным предварительным уведомлением.
7. Обработка данных
Храните конфиденциальность непубличных данных пользователей и бизнесов. Используйте данные только в рамках агентских задач. Не передавайте данные третьим лицам. Удаляйте данные при прекращении агентского статуса.
8. Аудит и верификация
LocalLink вправе проводить проверки агентской деятельности без предварительного уведомления. Агенты обязаны сотрудничать и предоставлять точные данные.
9. Изменения и приостановка
LocalLink может изменить настоящие Условия с разумным уведомлением. Продолжение агентской деятельности после вступления изменений в силу означает их принятие.
10. Прекращение и возврат
Вы можете выйти из программы, написав на info@chilpaq.com. LocalLink может немедленно прекратить агентский статус при мошенничестве, нарушении Условий или причинении вреда. Кредиты, полученные путём мошенничества, подлежат возврату.
11. Ограничение ответственности
Совокупная ответственность LocalLink перед агентом не превысит реферальных кредитов, заработанных за 6 месяцев до претензии.
12. Применимое право
Настоящие Условия регулируются законодательством Республики Узбекистан. Споры разрешаются в течение 30 дней путём переговоров через info@chilpaq.com до начала официальных процедур.

1. Munosabat va status
Agentlar mustaqil ijrochilar — LocalLink yoki MCHJ «CHILPAQ» xodimlari, hamkorlari, vakillari yoki vakolatli shaxslari emas. Agentlar LocalLink nomidan majburiyat olishga haqli emas va soliq, badal, litsenziya va xarajatlar uchun mustaqil javobgardir.
2. Ishtirok huquqi
Yosh kamida 18, shartnoma tuzish huquqi.
Faol LocalLink hisobi va ushbu Shartlarni qabul qilish.
LocalLink tomonidan berilgan noyob referal kod.
LocalLink shaxs yoki yuridik statusni tasdiqlash uchun hujjat so‘rashi mumkin.
3. Agent majburiyatlari
Korxona va jismoniy shaxslarga aniq profil va e’lon yaratishda yordam bering. Foydalanuvchilarni ilova imkoniyatlari va qoidalar haqida xabardor qiling. Xizmat haqida ishonchli ma’lumot bering. Qidiruvdagi kafolatlangan o‘rin yoki daromad va’da qilmang.
4. Biznesni ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazishga rozilik
Uchinchi tomon uchun e’lon yaratishdan oldin: biznes egasi LocalLink Shartlari, Maxfiylik siyosati va Jamiyat qoidalari bilan tanishganini tasdiqlang; uning aniq, ongli va ixtiyoriy roziligini oling; e’lon aniqligini tekshiring.
Agentlar yaratgan barcha e’lonlarning aniqligi va qonuniyligi uchun javobgardir.
5. Taqiqlangan harakatlar
Ko‘rsatkichlarni oshirish uchun soxta kompaniya yoki e’lon yaratish.
Foydalanuvchi parollari, OTP kodlari yoki to‘lov ma’lumotlarini yig‘ish.
Noqonuniy faoliyat yurituvchi bizneslarni ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazish.
Soxta bitim, sharh yoki faollikni muvofiqlashtirish.
Yozma ruxsatsiz referal kodni uchinchi shaxslarga berish.
Ro‘yxatdan o‘tish yoki sharh uchun foydalanuvchilarga pul mukofoti taklif qilish.
6. Mukofot va referal kreditlar
Mukofot va referal kredit shartlari agent dasturi hujjatlarida belgilangan. LocalLink shartlarni oqilona oldindan xabar berib o‘zgartirish huquqini saqlab qoladi.
7. Ma’lumotlarni qayta ishlash
Foydalanuvchi va biznesning ommaga ochiq bo‘lmagan ma’lumotlarini maxfiy saqlang. Ma’lumotlarni faqat agent vazifalari doirasida ishlating. Uchinchi shaxslarga bermang. Agent statusi tugaganda ma’lumotlarni o‘chiring.
8. Audit va tekshiruv
LocalLink agent faoliyatini oldindan xabarsiz tekshirishga haqli. Agentlar hamkorlik qilishi va aniq ma’lumot berishi shart.
9. O‘zgarishlar va to‘xtatish
LocalLink ushbu Shartlarni oqilona xabar bilan o‘zgartirishi mumkin. O‘zgarishlar kuchga kirgandan keyin agent faoliyatini davom ettirish ularni qabul qilish hisoblanadi.
10. Tugatish va qaytarish
Dasturdan info@chilpaq.com ga yozib chiqishingiz mumkin. LocalLink firibgarlik, Shartlarni buzish yoki zarar yetkazishda agent statusini darhol tugatishi mumkin. Firibgarlik orqali olingan kreditlar qaytariladi.
11. Javobgarlikni cheklash
LocalLinkning agent oldidagi jami javobgarligi da’vodan oldingi 6 oyda ishlab topilgan referal kreditlardan oshmaydi.
12. Qo‘llaniladigan huquq
Ushbu Shartlar O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunlariga bo‘ysunadi. Nizolar rasmiy tartibdan oldin 30 kun ichida info@chilpaq.com orqali muzokara yo‘li bilan hal qilinadi.
