Community Guidelines

LocalLink is a local marketplace and community platform built on trust between real people. These Community Guidelines explain the behaviour we expect from everyone — whether you’re listing a service, buying a product, posting a job, or exploring your local area.

These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, or permanent ban.

1. Honesty and listings

You must:

• Post listings that accurately describe what you’re offering or requesting.
• Keep prices, availability, and descriptions up to date.
• Have the legal right to sell, give away, or offer the item or service you list.
• Use real photos that represent the actual item or service.
• Disclose material defects in products honestly.

You must not:

• Create fake listings to attract contacts or harvest personal information.
• Misrepresent the quality, condition, quantity, origin, or legal status of goods or services.
• Post duplicate or spam listings to game search results.
• Use misleading pricing (e.g. bait-and-switch tactics).

2. Respect and communication

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users — in chat, comments, reviews, or any other part of the app.
• Use hate speech, slurs, or language that attacks someone based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Engage in coordinated harassment campaigns against any user.
• Send unsolicited spam messages or mass-contact users who haven’t expressed interest.
• Impersonate another person, business, LocalLink, or any official entity.
• Contact someone who has blocked you or asked you to stop.

3. Fraud, scams, and deception

• Do not deceive users about the nature, condition, price, or terms of a deal.
• Do not request advance payments from unknown users for goods or services you don’t intend to deliver.
• Do not use fake identities, multiple accounts, or bots to manipulate the platform.
• Do not create fake deals, fake reviews, or fake engagement to improve ratings.
• Do not offer fake lottery winnings, upfront-fee jobs, or get-rich-quick schemes.
• Do not sell or offer access to stolen accounts, hacked profiles, or leaked data.
• Do not use LocalLink to launder money or disguise proceeds of illegal activity.

4. Personal safety and live location

• Meet buyers, sellers, or job partners in safe, public locations where possible.
• Inspect items before completing payment.
• Do not use live location tracking to stalk, monitor, or harass other users.
• Do not share another user’s location without their explicit consent.
• Enable live tracking only when genuinely needed for the specific listing.

5. Privacy and personal data

• Do not post another person’s phone number, address, photos, financial information, or personal data without their explicit consent.
• Do not doxx anyone — expose private information to cause harm or embarrassment.
• Do not record, screenshot, or distribute private chat conversations without consent.
• Do not harvest or scrape user data from LocalLink for marketing or research.

6. Reviews and ratings

• Only leave reviews based on a real, direct interaction.
• Do not leave fake, fabricated, or AI-generated reviews.
• Do not buy, sell, request, or coordinate fake review manipulation.
• Do not write abusive, threatening, or retaliatory content in reviews.
• Do not pressure or incentivise other users to write positive reviews.

7. Prohibited and unsafe content

Do not post, share, or promote:

• Illegal goods or services — drugs, weapons, stolen property, fake documents, trafficking (see Terms Section 5.3).
• Dangerous or recalled products — items known to be unsafe or banned.
• Sexual exploitation — any content sexualising minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; adult services advertising.
• Violent threats or incitement — threats of violence against individuals or groups.
• Misinformation that causes harm — fake emergency listings, false safety alerts, fraudulent job offers.
• Malware or phishing — links, files, or messages designed to steal data or compromise devices.

8. Professional and regulated services

• Hold all required licences, permits, certifications, and insurance before offering regulated services.
• Accurately represent your qualifications and experience.
• Do not offer services requiring a licence you do not hold.
• Do not post job listings involving unsafe, illegal, or exploitative working conditions.

9. Fair use of the platform

• Do not use bots or automated tools to post listings, send messages, or interact with the platform.
• Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or gain unfair advantages.
• Do not manipulate search rankings through artificial activity.
• Do not interfere with the technical operation of LocalLink.

10. Agent-specific rules

• Never collect user passwords, OTP codes, or payment information.
• Always obtain the business owner’s informed consent before registering a listing.
• Do not register fake businesses, fake listings, or inflate activity metrics.
• Report any attempted fraud or misuse of the agent system to LocalLink.

Enforcement

When we receive a report or detect a potential violation, we may warn, remove content, limit features, temporarily or permanently suspend the account, restrict device/IP access, or report to law enforcement where required by law.

Actions involving threats of violence, child exploitation, or ongoing fraud may result in immediate permanent suspension without prior warning.

Appeals

If you believe we made a mistake, appeal through in-app support or email info@chilpaq.com with “Appeal” in the subject line.

Reporting

Use the Report button on any listing, profile, or message, or email info@chilpaq.com.

Настоящие Правила являются частью наших Условий использования. Нарушение может повлечь удаление контента, ограничение или постоянную блокировку аккаунта.

1. Честность и объявления

Публикуйте точные объявления с реальными фотографиями. Указывайте реальные цены, наличие и существенные недостатки товаров. Имейте законное право предлагать то, что размещаете.

Запрещено: фиктивные объявления, искажение качества/состояния, дублирующий спам, вводящее в заблуждение ценообразование.

2. Уважение и общение

Запрещено: преследовать, угрожать, оскорблять пользователей; использовать язык ненависти; проводить скоординированные кампании против пользователей; рассылать спам; выдавать себя за другого человека или компанию; связываться с теми, кто вас заблокировал.

3. Мошенничество и обман

Запрещено: вводить в заблуждение по условиям сделки; запрашивать предоплату за услуги без намерения их оказать; использовать фиктивные аккаунты; создавать поддельные отзывы; предлагать схемы быстрого обогащения; использовать LocalLink для отмывания денег.

4. Личная безопасность и live-геолокация

Встречайтесь в общественных местах. Проверяйте товар до оплаты. Запрещено использовать live-геолокацию для слежки, мониторинга или преследования. Не передавайте местоположение другого пользователя без его согласия.

5. Конфиденциальность и персональные данные

Запрещено публиковать телефон, адрес, фото или финансовые данные другого человека без его согласия. Запрещено «доксить» пользователей, записывать или распространять переписку без согласия.

6. Отзывы и рейтинги

Оставляйте отзывы только на основе реального взаимодействия. Запрещено покупать, продавать, координировать поддельные отзывы, оставлять мстительные отзывы, давить на пользователей ради положительной оценки.

7. Запрещённый контент

Запрещено публиковать: наркотики, оружие, краденое, поддельные документы, эксплуатацию несовершеннолетних, насильственный контент, фишинговые ссылки или вредоносное ПО.

8. Профессиональные услуги

Имейте все необходимые лицензии, разрешения и страхование перед предложением регулируемых услуг. Точно представляйте квалификацию. Не предлагайте услуги без необходимых лицензий.

9. Добросовестное использование

Запрещено: использовать ботов, создавать несколько аккаунтов для обхода блокировки, манипулировать поисковыми позициями, нарушать техническую работу Сервиса.

10. Правила для агентов

Никогда не собирайте пароли или OTP-коды пользователей. Всегда получайте информированное согласие владельца бизнеса. Не регистрируйте фиктивные компании.

Применение мер

При нарушении: предупреждение, удаление контента, ограничение функций, блокировка. Угрозы насилия, эксплуатация детей или мошенничество влекут немедленную постоянную блокировку.

LocalLink — haqiqiy odamlar o‘rtasidagi ishonchga asoslangan mahalliy marketplace va jamiyat platformasi. Ushbu Qoidalar har bir foydalanuvchidan kutayotgan xulq-atvorni tushuntiradi.

Ushbu Qoidalar Foydalanish shartlarining bir qismidir. Buzilish kontentni o‘chirish, cheklash yoki hisobni doimiy bloklashga olib kelishi mumkin.

1. Halollik va e’lonlar

Haqiqiy fotosuratlar bilan aniq e’lonlar joylashtiring. Narx, mavjudlik va muhim kamchiliklarni rost ko‘rsating. Taklif qilayotgan narsaga qonuniy huquqingiz bo‘lishi kerak.

Taqiqlanadi: soxta e’lonlar, sifat/holatni buzib ko‘rsatish, dublikat spam, chalg‘ituvchi narx.

2. Hurmat va muloqot

Taqiqlanadi: ta’qib, tahdid, haqorat; nafrat tili; foydalanuvchilarga qarshi muvofiqlashtirilgan kampaniyalar; spam; o‘zini boshqa shaxs yoki kompaniya sifatida ko‘rsatish; sizni bloklagan odam bilan bog‘lanish.

3. Firibgarlik va aldash

Taqiqlanadi: bitim shartlarini buzib ko‘rsatish; bajarish niyatisiz oldindan to‘lov so‘rash; soxta hisoblar; soxta sharhlar; tezkor boyish sxemalari; LocalLinkni pul yuvish uchun ishlatish.

4. Shaxsiy xavfsizlik va jonli geolokatsiya

Ommaviy joylarda uchrashing. To‘lovdan oldin tovarni tekshiring. Jonli geolokatsiyani kuzatish, monitoring yoki ta’qib uchun ishlatish taqiqlanadi. Boshqa foydalanuvchi joylashuvini uning roziligisiz uzatmang.

5. Maxfiylik va shaxsiy ma’lumotlar

Boshqa odamning telefoni, manzili, fotosurati yoki moliyaviy ma’lumotlarini roziliksiz e’lon qilish taqiqlanadi. Foydalanuvchilarni «doks» qilish, yozishmalarni roziliksiz yozib olish yoki tarqatish taqiqlanadi.

6. Sharhlar va reyting

Faqat haqiqiy o‘zaro aloqa asosida sharh qoldiring. Soxta sharhlarni sotib olish, sotish, muvofiqlashtirish, qasoskor sharhlar yoki ijobiy baho uchun bosim qilish taqiqlanadi.

7. Taqiqlangan kontent

Taqiqlanadi: giyohvandlik, qurol, o‘g‘irlangan narsalar, soxta hujjatlar, voyaga yetmaganlarni ekspluatatsiya, zo‘ravonlik kontenti, fishing havolalar yoki zararli dastur.

8. Professional xizmatlar

Tartibga solinadigan xizmatlarni taklif qilishdan oldin barcha litsenziya, ruxsat va sug‘urtaga ega bo‘ling. Malakangizni aniq ko‘rsating. Zarur litsenziyasiz xizmat taklif qilmang.

9. Halol foydalanish

Taqiqlanadi: botlardan foydalanish, blokni chetlab o‘tish uchun bir nechta hisob ochish, qidiruv o‘rinlarini manipulyatsiya qilish, Xizmatning texnik ishini buzish.

10. Agentlar uchun qoidalar

Foydalanuvchi parollari yoki OTP kodlarini hech qachon yig‘mang. Biznes egasining ongli roziligini doimo oling. Soxta kompaniyalarni ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazmang.

Chora ko‘rish

Buzilishda: ogohlantirish, kontentni o‘chirish, funksiyalarni cheklash, bloklash. Zo‘ravonlik tahdidi, bolalarni ekspluatatsiya yoki firibgarlik darhol doimiy bloklashga olib keladi.

Shikoyat

Ilova ichidagi yordam orqali yoki info@chilpaq.com ga «Shikoyat» mavzusi bilan yozing.
